Main aims
              Planning for the welfare and rehabilitation programmes along with remedies for various problems and issues faced by Non- resident Keralites (Pravasi Malayalees). To provide necessary assistance, for solving the issues and problems faced by non- resident Keralites, in association with central, state governments and other agencies in India and abroad.
  * Planning various suitable projects for the rehabilition of Non- resident Keralites returning from foreign countries. To identify the areas
   where the potentialities and investments of Non- resident Keralites could be utilized and thereby the developments of the    state and the    non- resident Keralites can be put in to practice.
* Formulation of human resources in tune with globalized changing scenario and implementing justifiable distribution of it.
* To provide leadership for the international fellowship of Malayali organizations and associations.

* Lack of proper legal assistance and advice in connection with job while working in foreign countries.

* Problems related to giving ‘blood money’ by low income non- resident keralites.
   Technical delay in brining back deed bodies when a non- resident Keralite dies in a foreign country.

* Lack of consultancy, proper help and suggestions, and delay for establishing business/ investments In Kerala.
